Board of Directors
Bharat Shah | Managing Director
With over 40 years of industry experience, including 35 years in the GCC, Bharat Shah leads Civil Matrix Contracting LLC with extensive expertise in industrial construction, structural engineering, project execution, labour accommodation developments, and engineering management.
A qualified Civil Engineer specializing in Structural Engineering from the University of Bombay, Bharat has successfully delivered complex industrial and commercial construction projects while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and value engineering.
Before founding Civil Matrix, he served as Structure Head at Auscon Consultants (Muscat, Oman) for eight years, where he gained significant expertise in designing specialized structures under challenging site conditions. He later held the position of Head of Engineering at System Construct LLC for another eight years, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and overseeing the successful execution of major construction projects.
His leadership continues to drive Civil Matrix’s commitment to delivering innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality construction solutions across Dubai and the UAE.
Manish Kashyap | Director
Manish Kashyap is the Co-Founder and Director of Civil Matrix Contracting LLC, bringing over 30 years of experience in industrial construction, business strategy, project planning, and construction management.
He oversees the company’s sales, business development, project planning, finance, and strategic operations, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently and meets client expectations.
During his 17-year tenure at System Construct LLC, he progressed through key leadership roles including Sales Engineer, Estimation Engineer, Project Engineer, and Sales & Marketing Manager. He has also contributed to leading organizations such as Al Nakhleh Contracting and Simplex Concrete Piles, strengthening his expertise in construction planning, value engineering, and green building practices.
A qualified Civil Engineer with an MBA from an accredited American University, Manish combines technical knowledge with strategic leadership to support Civil Matrix’s continued growth and reputation as a trusted industrial construction company in Dubai.
