Board of Directors
Bharat Shah | Managing Director
Bharat Shah has over 37 years of experience in construction, including 32 years in the Gulf, specializing in the design and execution of industrial projects and labour accommodations. A Civil Engineer from Bombay University with specialization in structures, he has extensive expertise in site management, engineering, and finance. His experience includes serving as Structure Head at Auscon Consultants, Muscat, and Head of Engineering at System Construct LLC, before founding Civil Matrix.
Manish Kashyap | Director
Manish Kashyap, Co-Founder of Civil Matrix, oversees Sales & Marketing, concept planning, finance, and strategic development. With over 27 years of experience in the industrial construction sector, he has strong expertise in green building regulations, construction planning, and value engineering. A Civil Engineer with an MBA from a reputed American University, he previously held key roles at System Construct LLC, along with experience at Al Nakhreh Contracting and Simplex Concrete Piles.
