BHARAT SHAH (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Bharat Shah has over 37 years of experience (32 years in Gulf) in the design and execution of industrial projects, labour accomodations, shopping malls, schools etc. His expertise include site management, engineering and finance. Bharat Shah is a qualified Civil Engineer from prestigious Bombay University with specialization in Structures.
His 8 years of rich experience in Structural Engineering with an International Engineering consultant (Auscon consultants, Muscat-Oman) gave him wide exposure & expertise in design and execution of with special emphasis on value engineering that does not compromise stability, functionality & quality of structures. He was “Head of Engineering” with System Construct LLC for 8 years before founding his own company.
MANISH KASHYAP (PARTNER/CIVIL ENGINEER)
Manish Kashyap oversees various activities including Sales & Marketing, Concept Planning, Finance and Strategy. He has over 27 years of wide experience in Industrial Construction Industry. He is well versed in areas of Green Building Regulations, Construction Planning and Value Engineering.
During his tenure of 17 years with System Construct LLC, he held various positions like Sales Engineer, Estimation Engineer, Project Engineer before being promoted as Sales and Marketing Manager. He also worked with companies like Al Nakhreh Contracting and Simplex Concrete Piles. He is a qualified Civil Engineer & Masters in Business Administration(MBA) from a certified and reputed American University.
